Our focus is concentrating on Class B/C apartment communities that will benefit from our value creation process and enhance our investment's net asset value, translating to investors' higher overall return.

Who is Greyson Capital Group?
Justin Richards is a Principal at Greyson Capital Group. Justin has more than a decade of multifamily property experience with competencies spanning physical asset management and leasing, customer relations, and collections. Earlier real estate activities include commercial and residential construction.
While obtaining a B.S. degree from Michigan State University, Mr. Richards gained significant experience in low-voltage electrical work as a technician (and later upper management) within big box retailers and office parks nationally. Leveraging his in depth hands-on experience gained from multifamily professional work as an Assistant Manager at a 328 unit community, Mr. Richards formed Greyson Capital Group to take full advantage of the great opportunities in the growing space - in which Greyson Capital Group is based.
